You will find on this page the text of the scientific call for tenders, from the year 2022 onwards, for the deep-sea vessels of the French Oceanographic Fleet as well as for the vessels of the partner fleets (OFEG).
This call for tenders concerns all types of campaigns: Scientific Research, Technological Research and Service of Public Interest under the following conditions.
This year, exceptionally, due to the health crisis of the Covid-19 and the cessation of the Fleet's activities, a large number of scientific cruises planned for 2020 will have to be postponed to a later date in addition to an already significant volume of campaigns to be scheduled in the coming years. As a consequence, and upon decision of the Fleet Steering Committee, the call for tenders will be restricted:
- To scientific campaigns carried out within the framework of time series validated by the CNFH (in particular the series to be re-examined in 2020).
- To new requests for campaigns requesting the Alis and Antea for which the pressure on the volume of cruises to be programmed is less for the next 3 years.
- Campaigns submitted to the Call for Tenders for deep-sea vessels from 2021 onwards and having been evaluated as Priority 2 in 2019.
- Campaigns aimed at benefiting from access to European vessels accessible through the Ocean Facilities Exchange Group (OFEG), of which Ifremer is one of the six members.
Applicants for public interest campaigns (fish stock assessment campaigns, etc.) must submit applications, but these will not be assessed by the National Commission for the Deep Seas Fleet. The commission's members will check that these applications fall into this category.
The submission of the campaign proposal file in response to the 2022 call for tenders of the National Commission for the Deep Seas Fleet (CNFH) is done via an interface that allows the file to be entered online.
